Autumn Ijiran

Autumn Ijiran is deeply committed to her clients, her team, and her work. As a primary point of contact for many of our clients, she prioritizes relationships, putting them front and center, and cultivates a positive experience. Autumn’s efforts extend beyond client communications, however. She drives GoEpps projects from start to finish, aids in marketing initiatives, operations, and creative work, and supports the production team in completing various tasks. To say Autumn wears many hats (comfortably) would be an understatement.

Education & Work Experience

Autumn’s ability to juggle multiple clients, projects, and programs is in no small part due to her experiences in previous professional ventures. She’s worked as a social media manager, operations coordinator, sales associate, and medical administrator, honing her creative, organizational, and communication skills throughout her various roles. Her educational background in criminology from the University of Ottawa has helped her deepen her understanding of human behavior, something invaluable for both maintaining strong working relationships and developing creative strategies for the right audiences.

Work & Values

After having worked directly with individual companies earlier in her career, Autumn was drawn to the agency side of the marketing world, which is one of the factors that led her to GoEpps. Not only was she interested in gaining hands-on experience in different areas of digital marketing, including SEO, website development, and project management, but she also wanted to work with a broad range of clients across multiple industries.

GoEpps’ flexible remote environment was another draw for Autumn, one that allows her to work from home in Ontario, Canada (alongside her coworkers in various locations) despite GoEpps being a Nashville-based agency. She’s proud of her ability to quickly pick up new tasks at GoEpps. Her previous work experiences have given her the tools to coordinate, communicate, delegate, manage, and report efficiently and effectively.

Fun Facts & Personal Preferences

Outside of work, Autumn’s diverse interests and dynamic personality speak to the energy and drive she brings to GoEpps. Rather than stick to a few hobbies, Autumn is eager to try new things. Whether it’s picking up a paddle and hitting the pickleball court with friends, trying out a new pastry recipe, doing her own nails and makeup, or crocheting, if she can get her hands on it, she’s willing to give it a go. You can also find her taking walks (audiobook in her ears) around her community, crushing pilates routines in the morning, making breakfast for herself and her family, and honing her French.

Constantly trying new things and bettering herself, Autumn brings the same level of enthusiasm to her work. She genuinely cares about helping clients achieve their goals, and her approachability and organizational skills make it all the easier to get everyone on the same page and moving forward.
