First introduced in late 2017, Google’s updated AdWords interface hasn’t caused too much of a disturbance. As always, change takes some getting used to – especially since we spent 10 years getting used to the old interface – but now that Q1 is coming to a close, we’re settled in to the new Google AdWords.
For those who might need a little more convincing that the new interface is something to embrace rather than resist, we thought we’d direct you to some cool new features (some only announced recently) included in the new AdWords that make SEO and site metric tracking easier and more intelligent.
Hop over to AdExpresso to see their list of helpful Google AdWords updates including:
- Custom columns for ads and keywords
- Expanded landing pages report
- A/B test faster with ad variations
- And more…
Further, Google has three new features coming to AdWords very soon.
You can read SearchEngineLand’s in-depth review about them here. These updates include:
- The ability to add notes to the AdWords interface
- New ‘Recommendations’ feature (with 16 new types of optimization recommendations)
- An Account Performance Score
